Hunting Season

Synopsis / සාරාංශය

Benoit Blanc, the famous detective who captivated the world with the films 'Knives Out' (2019) and 'Glass Onion' (2022), returns to solve his third and "most dangerous case yet" mystery in 2025. Written and directed by Rian Johnson himself, "Wake Up Dead Man" is expected to take on a darker and more Gothic tone than the bright and fun colors of the previous films, according to early footage. The plot summary is very brief, stating only that "Benoit Blanc returns for his most dangerous case yet", which doubles the audience's curiosity. This time, Blanc will have to face not just a murderer, but a series of mysterious events linked to death and religious beliefs. The story, which takes place in graveyards, old churches and dark shadows, seems to threaten not only his intelligence but also his life. Daniel Craig once again demonstrates his talent as Blanc, and he is surrounded by a huge star cast including Josh O'Connor, Glenn Close, Jeremy Renner and Mila Kunis. Like the previous films, this is a "Whodunnit" style mystery, and the audience will have a hard time figuring out who the suspects are until the end. The intelligent dialogue, social commentary and unexpected plot twists that are typical of Rian Johnson's films are seen throughout this film.
