When searching for it on the store, either just the name or the company name it doesn’t show up. But if I search for it on Google or Duckduckgo I can find it there, I can press "See in Play Store app", it opens the play store app and I can install it from there. And so can our customers.
I have a Xiaomi Redmi Note 11 Pro, we have a Google Pixel 2XL at work. Both of which the app should be available on. The customer has also reported that it doesn’t really appear on any devices. Which is weird because according to Play Console there’s 19536 supported devices. Those two among them.
I have absolutely no idea what is wrong. As far as I can tell everything is fine on the Play Console. No errors, warnings, or messages about anything.
I did also contact Googles support, but I figured I might as well ask in here (and update when I get a response from Google)
