The main story that ties the entire film together is the story called “Diet Phantasma”. The Octagon Company is preparing to introduce a new diet soda drink to the market. This soda is made using the essence of dangerous demonic spirits. They put various people in clinical trials to test the soda drink. Those who drink this drink are demonically affected, and experience horrific results such as body explosions, demonic possession, and vomiting black bile. These events are recorded on VHS tapes. This main story, which is repeated over and over again during the short stories, brings the film to a final, horrific conclusion.

The five main short stories in the film are:
- “Coochie Coochie Coo”
In this story, two school friends named Lacie and Kaleigh, despite being adults, decide to go “Trick-or-Treat” for the last time on Halloween night. They meet a group of little boys who tell them that if they “Trick-or-Treat” the adults, a terrifying urban legend named “The Mommy” will come and take them away. Ignoring this, the two girls end up entering the house of this demon, which is a hellish place filled with terrifying baby-like creatures and a nursing mother. - “Fun Size”
This hilarious and terrifying story revolves around a group of older friends who go to a house after a Halloween party. There, they find a large bowl of candy marked “Take Only One.” But after they break this rule and take a few candies, the bowl drags them into a haunted candy factory where their body parts are transformed into treats covered in chocolate and caramel. - “Home Haunt”
This story is based on a father and his eldest son who build a “Haunted House” in their neighborhood every year for Halloween. Although the son doesn’t want to do this anymore, the father forces him. However, they find a cursed old vinyl record, which, when played, unleashes real demonic forces. Their home’s spooky decorations turn into real killers, brutally murdering their guests. - “Kidprint”
This dark and heartbreaking story revolves around a video store that records videos of children during Halloween to prevent them from going missing. The goal is to help in the search for a missing child. However, the terrifying truth behind this service is revealed, and it brings shocking details about the local child abductions and murders. - “Ut Supra Sic Infra”
This is a Spanish-language episode where, after a mass murder, the police arrive at the scene to investigate. The police try to reconstruct the events, questioning the only survivor. As they investigate, they too are subjected to the same demonic influences, and eventually discover the secret of the Latin words written at the scene.
