Save changes made by user in browser PDF viewer

1. There is a editable PDF, where you can edit in some field

2. There is preview dialog that uses iframe + createObjectUrl

Is there a way to save changes made by user? If I try to donwload same URL after I’ve made changes – changes are not saved. (via browser PDF viewer user had a choice to download WITH changes).

Is there a way to get file with changes? I don’t seem to find any relative info about that.
