I am running the command Cargo install cargo-php
And it throws the error.

To reuse those artifacts with a future compilation, set the environment variable CARGO_TARGET_DIR

I tried with different versions of Rust and ran the rustup toolchain
rustup toolchain uninstall stable && rustup toolchain install stable

Installed sudo apt install libxcb-xfixes0-dev

I Still see the same error.
