Extract challenging specific text and numbers from PDF with PHP

I have PDFs like this one below where I am trying hard to extract contestants and their specific match number (in yellow) for a final result that should be :
XXXXname XXXsurname : 707 722 730 734
I am not sure if that’s even possible tbh
