I want to get the narrowest width of a given polygon from a parcel lot data with Python, some examples as shown below

And it can be any shape, irregular or regular.
I am wondering if there is a python solution for the issue or it has to get an AI model?

I have tried several python scripts with shapely and scipy.spatial libraries, but they didn’t work as expected.
