Calculate the narrowest width of any given polygon including irregular and regular ones in Python?

I want to get the narrowest width of a given polygon from a parcel lot data with Python, some examples as shown below

And it can be any shape, irregular or regular.

I am wondering if there is a python solution for the issue or it has to get an AI model?
