I have an Android app that I have been trying to put on the Google Play store. I only have one ad per screen at the bottom which is a banner ad: 320 by 80 pixels. The ad is placed below the continue button on each of the three main activities.
I received a policy violation notice for disruptive ads and I appealed with no luck. My app was removed by Google from close testing.
What am I doing wrong? What should I do to make it compliant besides remove all ads?
I removed all ads except the one below the continue buttons. I tried appealing the decision. I tried to reach out to Google developer support but they seem unable to tell me why my app is being removed.
The app was in close testing.
