The talented chef Zina Bora runs her own restaurant. Her team includes chefs Melis, Chekdar, and Berno. The story begins one day when a food inspector comes to inspect the restaurant.
The inspector finds several problems in the restaurant – broken equipment, improperly labeled food, and cleanliness issues. And many more problems arise that day – some orders are forgotten, and an alcoholic risotto is served to non-alcoholic customers.
Meanwhile, Zina’s old friend Renzo comes to the restaurant with a famous food critic. Renzo suggests that Zina start a partnership. But he says that this will require the dismissal of Zina’s current partners.
In the midst of all this, Zina’s father falls ill and is about to undergo surgery. But Zina is unable to go because of her work at the restaurant.
Eventually, a conflict arises among the restaurant staff. Sina’s best friend, Melissa, and others decide to leave her. Sina is left alone and sad when she gets a phone call from her father.
This story shows everything that can happen in a restaurant in one night – tension, pressure, conflict, defeat and regret. It also talks about human relationships, family ties and the challenges of professional life.
The story ends with Sina realizing her mistakes and trying to apologize. But it’s too late to change some things.
