In the first part of this movie, we meet a police inspector named Arjun Mahaksha who is also known as MAX. He is preparing to take charge of a new police station.
That night, Veera and Michael, the sons of two ministers, are arrested for driving under the influence of drugs. A senior officer named Ravana, who was at the police station, starts a chain of events regarding this incident.
As Ravana reveals, he comes to know about Veera and Michael who tried to rape and murder a 13-year-old girl. Ravana, enraged by this incident, kills them both.
MAX uncovers the truth behind this incident and gathers evidence against the criminals. In the end, he manages to arrest the entire criminal network including the two ministers.
