The story revolves around a series of mysterious events. It takes place in a mysterious villa numbered 13. Sanjay and Nitya receive the villa as a gift to celebrate the success of a novel written by Sanjay’s brother Arjun. They are accompanied by their maid, Jejamma.
Strange things start happening from the very first days of their arrival. These include milk turning black, hearing strange sounds, and unusual changes in Nitya’s behavior. Nitya sometimes talks to herself and suddenly gets angry. Nitya’s sister Madhu also arrives and is also frightened by Nitya’s changes and the mysteriousness of the villa.
As the story progresses, it is revealed that this villa is a place with a dark history. 50 years ago, the villagers used this place to exorcise their evil spirits. A dangerous demon has taken up residence in this place and has killed 12 people. She is trying to establish her power by sacrificing Arjuna as the 13th person. This demon uses the name of a deceased person named Radhakrishna, and makes Arjuna give a villa as a gift, and brings everyone here. The demon enters Nitya’s body and controls her.
When the situation becomes even worse, Giri Babu, a psychiatrist, and Shiva Shankar, a student of a sorcerer named Gajendra Swami, intervene in these events. Shiva Shankar fights the demon and tries to defeat her. Finally, he is able to defeat her by breaking the big toe of the demon’s right foot with magical powers and wearing a special necklace.
But the story does not end there. The main conspirator is still at large, and the true purpose of the events and the forces behind them are yet to be revealed. The narrator says that his true role has not yet begun, and that the battle that unfolds ahead will be even more fierce.
