in flutter I have a problem using cloud_firestore , (A problem occurred configuring project ':cloud_firestore')

Even if I start a new flutter project and just add cloud_firestore: ^3.2.0 in pubspec.yaml and I run I get FAILURE: Build failed with an exception.
