How to Add a Custom Button in phpMyAdmin Header?

I’m trying to add a custom button to the header section of phpMyAdmin, where buttons like Databases, SQL, Status, User Accounts are located. For now, I want the custom button to trigger a popup that says "Hello!".

Does anyone know how I can achieve this? Any tips or guidance on modifying the phpMyAdmin code to include this button would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks in advance!

I haven’t made any significant modifications yet, but I plan to explore phpMyAdmin’s header template files to insert the button. My expectation is that by adding a simple HTML button element along with a bit of JavaScript, I can trigger a popup message saying "Hello!". However, I’m not sure exactly where to insert the code in the phpMyAdmin structure and would appreciate guidance on the best approach.
