This is a beautiful story. The character is Tanya, she is a dynamic and passionate girl who loves life. Her summer birthday party was crazy waiting for a helper. Her mother had decided to go to a yoga retreat in Thailand, and she wanted to go on a trip! But Tanya didn’t get that moment, instead, an elderly babysitter came to her house – Ms. Sturak. She was what Tanya called “ADT” (Always Disciplined Teacher), which was added to her rules!
Right from the start, Tanya was forced to live with her siblings, the helper. But there was one secret – Ms. Sturak suddenly died! Yes, it’s even crazier than you think! Tanya couldn’t talk about it, she couldn’t tell her mother, because if her mother had been stressed, she wouldn’t have come back. So Tanya, her siblings, Kenny, Zack, and Melissa came up with a plan – to hide Ms. Sturak’s body!
This is one of the funniest parts of the movie. They keep her in a triangle (in the fridge!), which gives them a chance to get food money. But then a cop shows up, which gives them a heart attack! Tanya makes a smart move – she tries to get the cop to chase her down by telling him about her “Sheriff friend”. It’s a success, but they still need a plan – to drive Ms. Sturak’s car into a lake! They try to make it a “drunk driving accident”, which is a really hilarious twist!
Meanwhile, Tanya finds a job, which is for a fashion company. She comes up with a rebrand plan, which is organized as a party at her house. It’s a huge success, but then her mother comes back! That’s the big shock, she reveals her middle name “Sue Ellen”. But then, they come together as a family, which is the heart of the movie.
This is a comedy, drama, adventure mix. Tanya’s character is one example – even though she is young, she has the ability to handle life.
