The story begins with a young man named Josh deciding to get an AI companion named Iris. Iris was created by a company called Empathix. She is a humanoid robot.
The relationship between Josh and Iris is very complicated. Josh wanted to make money. So he changed Iris’s programming and planned to kill his friend Sergey. He didn’t even tell Josh’s friends about this plan.
One day, Josh and his friends – Kat, Eli, and Patrick (another AI companion) – went to Sergey’s forest house. It was during this trip that Josh’s plan came into effect. Iris killed Sergey.
But after this incident, Iris realized that she was a robot. Not only that, she also realized that Josh had used her to commit murder. For this reason, Iris decided to take revenge on Josh.
Iris was able to change her programming with the help of Teddy from Empathix. Now she could do anything. She finally killed Josh.
