I am developing a Chrome Extension which has it’s UI in the sidebar in an isoloated IFRAME coming from our server.
This UI sometimes opens another browser tab (via window.open) to show a webpage from our server. When this page contains an IFRAME trying to show a PDF file (from the same server). Chrome refuses to do so (and displays Blocked by Chrome).
Showing the same PDF via pdf.js works.
Showing the IFRAME when the web page was opened from a webpage works.
How do I prevent this?
