As mentioned in the title, I am trying to build Tensorflow C API for 2.1.15 version with AVX support. I chose that version since, as of the date of this post, prebuilt binaries of C API on Tensorflow C API installation page have that version and I was able to build my Visual Studio 2022 project using these binaries. However, I have trouble with building shared and/or static libraries for Tensorflow C API.
I have reviewed and followed the instructions given on this Tensorflow GitHub page and on the Tensorflow official website but I did not make any progress. Similarly, I tried to implement the answers in similar questions such as Is it possible to use TensorFlow C++ API on Windows?. So, my question is that whether there is a guide for building C API binaries for Tensorflow 2.1.15 with AVX instructions enabled or whether this is possible to do for Windows at all?
