About Vestd

The Vestd platform exists to make share schemes a breeze, and to help people to manage their equity more easily. We are driven by a mission to see a fairer world of work in which people are rewarded properly for their graft.

Given our equity expertise, we also help businesses prepare for investment and we help investors to manage all of their holdings in one place.

Main Purpose of role

Your primary focus will be to take sales calls with early stage startup founders looking to raise investment or set up share schemes for their team.

Outside of this, you will also be responsible for building new relationships with potential partners and booking meetings with the decision makers at startup hubs, incubators, accelerators and VC’s.

You’ll be excited about researching and building a deeper understanding/picture of our customers and apply this knowledge to pursuing strong, quality leads with a personalised approach.

You’ll thrive by taking ownership of initiatives and feel safe to spread your entrepreneurial wings to identify and develop new leads.

You’ll also be enthusiastic about finding valuable trends, insights and data that will inform our Marketing and Sales Teams to continually improve their strategy.

  • Being tech-minded, you will maximise on what you can achieve through a multichannel approach (emails, Linkedin messages, calls etc.) whilst taking an intelligent and proven approach to utilising sequence and automation best practice.
  • You will use marketing content to engage and interact with our prospects.
