The Customer Value Management Team is primarily focusing on our production customers. We strive to support our customers to evolve how they can be successful with Coupa Purchase to Pay. We are now looking for a Customer Value Manager to join our team.
Customer Value Managers represent the primary point of contact from Coupa to customers after customer launch. As such, they provide three critical functions:
•Work with / mentor customer teams to drive customer success strategies related to Coupa P2P and to achieve customer success goals
•Provide communication to customers regarding Coupa, new product capabilities and other critical information
•Provide a consistent point of contact for customers and an advocate for the customer within Coupa

What you will do:
  • Managing relationships and monitoring customer performance
  • Developing customer success roadmap
  • Driving periodic business reviews and developing account strategy
  • Identifying expansion and growth opportunities within customer accounts
  • Conducting scheduled customer check-ins and customer success metrics workshops
  • Coordinating required internal resources from across Coupa to enable customer to achieve their value objectives
  • Sharing standard processes ideas, product information, and relevant Coupa news
  • Handling renewals

What you will bring to Coupa:
  • •P2P or S2C domain expertise
  • •Understanding of technology planning, implementation and impact on business with In-depth experience of Procurement software
  • •Strong background in customer/client management
  • •Experience in developing and maintaining executive relationships and associated influencing strategies
  • •Project management including leading disparate, cross-functional, cross-enterprise project teams
  • •Ability to have value-based conversation with business executives
