Not Find URL in a Ajax Call in a Javascript

Only one computer in the company cannot find a specific Ajax Call.

We are using a .Net Core MVC Application and inside the Javascript inside the page, we call the Server Method with Ajax as shown below, but only one computer cannot find the end point.

Strangely, this works on the development server.
