I installed mathplotlib with conda install mathplotlib. But I get this error by import mathplotlib: "No module named 'mathplotlib.backends.registery'"

I installed different versions of mathplotlib. I even made a new environment on conda. However, non of these methods worked. I am using python 3.9.19 (I want to use tensorflow gpu on windows)

I followed this guide.
