Qualifications and responsibilities for this HVAC Technical Sales Engineer position include:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Distribution, or a related technical field; Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of technical sales experience and HVAC/MEP consulting experience.
- Proficiency in understanding and reviewing construction drawings.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong ability to persuade and negotiate.
- Sell company offerings to consulting engineers, mechanical contractors, and end-users, managing multiple opportunities and maintaining accurate sales forecasts.
- Build long-term customer relationships, actively listen to and identify customer concerns, and demonstrate technical and business expertise.
- Develop and maintain a network of industry contacts, leverage the sales process, and share technical knowledge to match solutions to customer needs.
- Address customer objectives and recommend solutions, differentiating services and products through creativity and innovation.

Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 base range, with a total compensation potential of $150,000 - $250,000, based on commissions.

Benefits: This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers great benefits including discretionary 401k match, PTO, 9 holidays, 2 weeks’ vacation, 1-week sick leave, and $25 medical coverage, starting after 30 days.
