How to separate radio buttons from one question to another in HTML [duplicate]

how can i separate radio button dev Q1 and dev Q2. the circle always move to next Question. When i click the radio button on first question the circle in the radio button move to second questions

I have to make each question have its own circle. when i move to next question my record on first radio button not disappear
