Aria Care Partners is the largest provider of Medicaid and self-pay dental, eye care, and auditory services with over three thousand+ skilled nursing facilities receiving care. We pride ourselves on our Inside Sales team’s ability to convert warm leads into sales through education and alignment with the needs of the patient.

Aria’s innovative collaboration with Medicaid and self-pay approaches can be a tremendous benefit to policy holders. It is the cornerstone of our passionate drive to provide essential healthcare services to an important contingent of our senior population.

Ideal candidates have a health insurance license to sell policies in one or more states, with good communication skills and the ability to sell themselves. This role can be fully remote if fifty miles from Overland Park, KS. Full equipment is provided, and we are offering a competitive base salary plus unlimited commissions with training taking around seven weeks to complete before building up commissions.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  1. Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
  2. Educate prospects on the innovative ways to capture additional insurance coverages for dental, eye care, and auditory that may be little or no cost to the subscriber.
  3. Create a regular cadence of calls to connect and keep in contact with prospects and anyone influencing their healthcare decisions.
  4. Utilize our best practices sales and education guidelines to help maximize the conversion of prospects to the appropriate policies.
  5. Collaborate with Partners and Clinical Coordinators to address service issues from calls/customers to ensure the quality levels are maintained.
  6. Updates current database as needed to ensure resident and facility account information is up to date.
  7. Maintains and enhances product and technical knowledge in the industry.
  8. Performs other job-related duties and responsibilities.
  9. Sell Medicare supplemental policies such as Vision, Dental, Audiology and Podiatry.

Education & Experience

  • Must possess a state-issued Health insurance license.
  • Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience in selling supplemental policies is preferred i.e. Vision, Dental, Audiology, Podiatry.
  • Experience in the healthcare industry with supplemental insurance policies is preferred.
  • Experience making outbound calls and successfully engaging with prospects.

  • Quality control/Attention to detail — Demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness; monitor own work to ensure quality and apply feedback to improve performance.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel – Able to use basic functionality in Excel, Word and other company-based technology platforms.
  • Adaptability — Adapt to changes in the work environment, manage competing demands and deal with frequent change, delays or unexpected events.
  • Dependability — Consistently at work and on time, follow instructions, respond to management direction and solicit feedback to improve performance.
  • Problem solving — A passionate pursuit of identifying prospect or client concerns and seeking resolution.
  • Customer service — Quickly manage and diffuse difficult client/customer situations, respond promptly to customer needs, solicit customer feedback to improve service, respond to requests for service and assistance and meet commitments.
  • Able to work in a team environment.
