Does anyone know how to do this with css? When I copy the css from figma it gives me filter: blur(45px)

But this blurs the entire content and not just the edges like it shows. How can I create a blurred edge while showing the content in the center?? Figma screenshot

I have tried radial-gradient(), I have tried box-shadow with an inset. I have tried creating an absolute div inside. If someone knows how to achieve this effect I would greatly appreciate it.
