This opportunity is aimed at professionals who identify as people with disabilities (PWD), and we currently have 1 position available.

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Reviewing and analyzing chargeback claims, identifying fraudulent transactions, and taking appropriate actions to mitigate losses;
  • Investigating and documenting chargeback disputes, gathering relevant evidence, and preparing responses;
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand transaction data and identify fraud patterns or trends;
  • Recommending and implementing strategies to reduce chargeback rates and prevent fraudulent activities;
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to chargeback cases;
  • Monitoring chargeback-related KPIs and performance metrics to ensure effective chargeback management;
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to chargebacks and fraud prevention.

What You Need To Succeed:
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail to effectively investigate and resolve chargeback cases;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to handle complex chargeback issues;
  • Knowledge of chargeback processes and regulations is a plus, but not mandatory;
  • Familiarity with SQL, Python, or Ruby would be advantageous but is not a strict requirement;
  • Previous experience in chargeback management or fraud prevention is a valuable asset;
  • Excellent communication skills in English;
  • Strong problem-solving skills to identify root causes and implement preventive measures;
  • Fast learning capabilities to adapt to evolving chargeback trends and technologies.
