Is it possible to make a caret static (not blinking) in css?

Is it possible to make a caret (text cursor) static (not blinking) in css? I have been looking for methods to do this online without success. I haven't got an idea of how to approach this myself. My question contains too few characters to be permissible, but as I don't find it needs further elaboration, I add this sentence..
